How can I book the guest house?

We only accept requests for proposals and reservations by e-mail or via the website's reservation system. We can only provide information for inquiries received by phone or on our social media pages.
The Guest is solely responsible for the correctness of the data entered in the reservation system of the website. We cannot accept booking applications that are not filled in properly.
The reservation will be valid after 50% of the accommodation fee has been paid in advance and confirmed. If the requested amount is not received within 48 hours after the reservation, your reservation will be canceled. 
By making a reservation (making a reservation payment), the Guest acknowledges that he has read and accepts the reservation, modification and cancellation conditions as well as the House Rules.You can pay the remaining accommodation fee on the spot with cash or bank transfer.

What are the cancellation conditions?

The price of a reservation canceled in writing at least 30 days before arrival will be refunded in full. In the case of a reservation canceled in writing within 14 days before arrival, we can refund 50%.
It is possible to change the date without extra charge up to the 15th day before arrival.
In case of cancellation within 14 days of arrival, the full amount of the accommodation fee will be charged.
If the Guest does not cancel his reservation in writing, but does not show up on the day of arrival, the paid accommodation fee becomes the property of the Accommodation Provider without the provision of services.

How much is the tourist tax?

The tourist tax is HUF 300/night for all guests over the age of 18. 
The accommodation fee does not include IFA. Please pay the full amount of the IFA at the accommodation in cash or by bank transfer.

When can you arrive and what time do you have to leave the accommodation?

The accommodation is available from 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival, until 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Other options can be arranged flexibly based on prior consultation. The service provider is available on site at the time of arrival and departure.

Collection and return of keys

Accepted Answer

The keys of the house and the remote control of the garage are handed over by the host at the prearranged arrival time, and must be returned in full upon departure. In case of loss of the key or the remote control, the guest is obliged to pay for the replacement of the lock.

Is it possible to use the mass stove in the house?

Accepted Answer

Yes, it is possible. In any case, ask the host for help to light the stove, because improper operation of the mass stove can be life-threatening!

Question 13

Is it possible to smoke in the house?

Accepted Answer

No! It is strictly forbidden to smoke, use electronic cigarettes or IQOS in the house! Smoking is only allowed in the garden, in the designated area. Please throw the articles in the ashtrays!
